No matter what type of shavings you are using on your stable floor, you will all know that every horse will eventually work its way through any loose bedding compound, which can result in recurrent grazes from the stable flooring below, some of which take months to heal.
SuperStall is a two piece bedding system, the top cover is a single piece 
which is then sealed onto the walls or floor (depending on how it is installed). This prevents any substance's getting under the top cover.
The underlay is fully synthetic memory foam which has been designed for the optimum comfort of your horse. As it is synthetic the foam underlay will not harvest bacteria and will not deteriorate making it ideal for any surface, even damp areas.
SuperStall is new to New Zealand and only supplied by us here at Karaka Farms with a 5 Year Manufacture's warranty.
SuperStall
SuperStall is a new stable bedding technology to enter New Zealand. It is a two piece bedding system which is ideal for any horse, keeping them well rested and supple through comfort. SuperStall was sourced from a well established American based supplier, North Brook Farms. North Brook farms have 10 years on farm experience with many products. All of the SuperStall bedding systems have been laboratory tested for strength and comfort.
SuperStall is comprised of a multi-layered, high strength, woven, water proof, pvc top cover, which carries a five year manufacturers warranty on any defect.
The wall to wall one piece sealed top cover, can be attached to either wood or concrete and provides a non-slip, non-abrasive surface for your horse.
The SuperStall underlay is comprised of PU latex memory foam that is designed to hold and revert back to its original manufactured shape even after pressure has been applied for an extended period of time.
SuperStall memory foam underlay is fully synthetic, therefore it will not deteriorate and prevents any bacterial growth and odours.
SuperStall will assist horses movement, hoof quality, flexibility and reduce fluid retention because of SuperStalls therapeutic qualities.
Superstall is a great insulator and the one piece sealed top cover can be easily washed down with water or a variety of cleaning and antibacterial products.
With SuperStall there is 80% less need for shavings which saves you money and time mucking out stables.
SuperStall comes in a number of different sizes. 12x12ft (3.63x3.63m) 10x12ft (3.03x3.63m) and 10x10ft (3.03x3.03m) but most stables can be accommodated, however this may take a little extra time.
